TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • In order to confirm your reservation, 50% of the rental fee for our daily tours and 35% of the rental fee for our accommodation tours must be paid at the time of reservation.
  • The remaining rental fee must be completed 2 months before the tour date in our accommodation tours, and the remaining fee is collected at the entrance to the boat in our daily tours.
  • In our daily tours, 3 island tours, lunch (menu selection will be made in advance) and soft drinks and fuel are included in the price.
  • In our Accommodated Tours, Food and Fuel Fees are the responsibility of our guests. This payment must be made up to 1 month before the tour date.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

  • In case of cancellations made 60 days or before the tour departure date for our accommodation tours, the prepayment will not be refunded.
  • For our Accommodated Tours, the Full Rental Fee Will Be Collected for Cancellation Notifications Made Less Than 60 Days Before the Tour Departure Date.
  • In case of cancellations made before the tour departure date for our daily tours, the prepayment will not be refunded.

*If the yacht owner can re-lease the tour dates to another tenant under the same price and conditions, the full fee paid to the yacht owner can be refunded. If the tour is re-rented for only part of the dates or at a lower price than stated in the contract, a partial refund may be given.

BOAT TOUR CANCELLATION:

Tour cancellations may occur due to sudden weather changes, technical problems or security reasons. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel our tour in order to provide you with the best service. We would like you to know that in case of cancellation, we are committed to notifying you in advance and will offer you options such as a refund of the fee you paid or a reservation change for another date.

NAVIGATION INTERRUPTION:

Due to unexpected situations during the cruise, route changes or cruise interruptions may occur. In this case, our crew will strive to provide the safest and most comfortable solution and will inform you.
